How much do you charge for your services? We don’t charge a fee at all! We plan and book your adventures free of charge and then get paid commission by the resort/hotel/cruise line after you travel. So, you don't pay us anything. Yep, that's right, nothing. You are already paying for a "travel advisor fee" every single time you book a vacation, no matter if you use a travel advisor or not.
Why do I need a travel adviser? Honestly, you don’t need one, but you’re going to love having our personalized services! You can absolutely book travel on your own, but we’d recommend you give us a try to see the difference. People use travel advisers for many reasons, but we think the number one reason is because they want to make sure that all of the little details are covered for their vacation. Vacation planning takes a lot of time, and in this hectic world it’s nice to let someone else take care of all of those details for you!
If I book on my own, do you still get paid? No. If you ask for our help and then book on your own, we do not get paid for the time we spent researching and customizing your vacation. We only get paid after you travel and if we book you. It doesn't matter that you booked the resort we said would be the perfect fit for you; we have to book it. If you find a price less than what we quoted you, tell us! Most of the time there is a reason for that price difference (basic economy flight, longer layover, different room category,etc)
Is it cheaper if I book through 2 Friends Travel? Sometimes! And sometimes it’s the same price that you can get online. However, if you can pay the same price and get incredible customer service, why wouldn’t you use us?
